You're also saying "seems to be some Radio Frequency within the area", to which the engineer said he'd pass on the fault so that someone could investigate the noise. As this is clearly not in the customer's premises (noise still present when all power cut off to house) it's something you need to investigate and fix. We're not booking an SFI, as the engineer has proved that the customer's equipment is not to blame for the interference so we don't need your end to end maintenance service. The problem has not been fixed - the line is still dropping.
