There is not an outstanding PSTN
fault, I have checked on bt.com and the TR was closed on the 9th. There
is an issue here that there is no spare pairs even though BT should
have provided new pairs for another job a month ago they still have
not. I do not want BT to send this fault back just because there is a
BRAS change in progress, the very low BRAs is just a symptom confirming
the fact that the line is not fit for purpose. Please ensure fault is
escalated and we are called back first thing Monday morning with a
proper update. |
