Yesterday 16:32:16 Shaun@a Notes There is not an outstanding PSTN fault, I have checked on bt.com and the TR was closed on the 9th. There is an issue here that there is no spare pairs even though BT should have provided new pairs for another job a month ago they still have not. I do not want BT to send this fault back just because there is a BRAS change in progress, the very low BRAs is just a symptom confirming the fact that the line is not fit for purpose. Please ensure fault is escalated and we are called back first thing Monday morning with a proper update.

07 Wed 13:01:28 auto@a Notes Once again: We note you say 'Please reject the clear if you require a SFI visit'. Obviously we will, if we want an SFI. We will also reject clear for other reasons such as wanting you to actually fix the fault. You do understand that SFI is an optional extra service we can take if we want, or not. It is not part of IPStream/WBC service. It is not mandatory for us to buy SFI. Us chosing not to take your optional extra service does not mean you don't have to fix the fault. We have paid for IPStream/WBC service and that is what you have to fix by whatever means you see fit.

02 Jan 18:39:05 auto@a Notes You do understand that SFI is an optional extra service we can take if we want, or not. It is not part of IPStream/WBC service. It is not mandatory for us to buy SFI. Us chosing not to take your optional extra service does not mean you don't have to fix the fault. We have paid for IPStream/WBC service and that is what you have to fix by whatever means you see fit. Up to you if you want to send an engineer. [SFI2]

02 Jan 14:34:08 auto@a Notes We thank you for offering us the option of a special faults investigation engineer appointment as per page 53 of the BT IPStream/WBC Customer Handbook Version 38a. On this occasion we are not taking that option. Please investigate and fix the problem with the IPStream/WBC service we already have from you. Thank you. [SFI1]
